How time flies when you're rollin' with Tura Satana!
It's been an insane couple of months, and absolutely zero complaints. TURA! recently finished a five-week run at the Lumière Music Hall Cinema in Beverly Hills, a wonderful experience. I can't say enough about the crowds, who were really into the movie. So great to experience that. And the owners are total cinephiles and really appreciate the films they curate there.

TURA! is also opening in many other cities right now, including Durham North Carolina, New Orleans, Albuquerque, and a soon-to-be-announced fantastic screening in San Francisco slated for November. turamovie.com has a theater listings page so you can see when it's coming to your neck of the woods!
We've been getting some solid press for the film, which we appreciate. The latest is a review and forthcoming podcast from KPBS by the lovely Cine Beth, who graciously hosted our San Diego Asian film festival Q&A last year.
In mid-October I'll be heading to Barcelona to present the film at the brilliant SITGES Festival. Tons of really cool interesting people are going to be there, including Joe Dante! That's what I'm super psyched about, besides our film, naturally!
But the biggest news is TURA! will finally be available to stream starting this Friday, September 26! It will be available for download lots of places, including Apple TV/iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, Fandango and more!
Also new at turamovie.com you'll be able to pick up lots of swank new TURA! merchandise including posters, mini-posters and more.
All right, it's back to the Moviola! Whoever reads this, thank you so much for your support of the film, we worked long and hard on it, and are glad Tura is being appreciated for the force of nature that she was.
